Sales Administrator  – Colchester CO3

Our independent client is looking for an experienced Property Sales administrator to join there independent Estate agency based in Colchester. The role will be assisting the sales team in all aspects of Property administration and legislation. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting  property sales team. Therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise all administration jobs as necessary must also have an excellent level of customer service skills.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of all aspects of Property Sales administration 
• Be fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Sales
• Striving to achieve and exceed deadlines 
• Liaising with all members of the sales team
• Striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Handling complaints and providing solutions
• Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
• Ensuring compliance
• Completing window cards, Memorandum of Sales and general administrative communications 
• Processing Photos and floor plans
• Keeping up to date with all social media marketing 

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• Previous experience in Property administration is essential for this role as the successful individual will be responsible for assisting the Sales team for all residential property sales administration 
• Experience in dealing with all aspects of Property administration 
• It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy. WORD, EXCELL and Estate agency CRM systems
• Experience of Property sales software packages would be useful.
• Professional qualifications would be an advantage but not a necessity
• Be able to manage their own workload
• Excellent communication skills

The hours will be:                           
Monday and Wednesday 9.00am – 6.00pm & Fridays 9.00am – 5.00pm
Salary range will be:                      
£26,000pa PRO RATA 
28 days holiday pa including bank holidays.
